Very professional. I got an immediate response with a very reasonable quote. Installer was very polite and knowledgeable and cleaned up and was very respectful to my property. After getting taken advantage of by a fraudulent home warranty (Choice Home Warranty), I went on a search for a plumber to replace my leaking water heater after 5 days without hot water. Premier was the first to call, text and email exactly what I wanted to know...who they were, what they do, how much it would cost and when they were available (next day). Their prices were lower than most others and they installation was on time and professional. They took the time to give me advice and never acted like they were rushed to leave. I did not at all feel inadequate about not knowing what to do about this issue again.

Joe charged a flat rate of $380 for this water heater installation. He was very professional. Not only was the job done flawlessly, but also advices on extending the life of water heater weâ re kindly given. Home Depot would charge $539 for the same service.

I had a fantastic experience with Premier Water Heaters! They were up front with their pricing, communicated effectively via email and text, and the technician who installed my water heater even fixed my screen door hinge that was falling off! Talk about going the extra mile. If you need a new water heater, this is the only choice!
