Great service, fast installation, quality workmanship

I Highly recommend Premier Water Heaters. They were upfront about pricing. No hidden fees, added costs, etc. Their price was also several hundred dollars cheaper than competitors quotes! They were timely, fast, efficient, and polite. My wife and I worked upstairs and barely heard them. We were surprised when we were told they were done, already had the new unit in, and the old unit out of the house. I m so glad we researched and called them! You should do the same.

I requested quotes from two Pros on Angie's List. Joe at Premium Water Heaters responded in less than a hour. In never heard from the other pro. I sent Joe photos of my basement and he quickly replied with a quote that included installation, removal of my old water heater, and even sales tax. He included the model numbers of the Rheem water heaters he recommended and let me select the model to go with. Joe and his son did the installation the next day in less than 90 minutes while I worked. In less time than it took me to attend two Teams Video Meetings they were done. They wore masks and I think they had gloves, too. Very easy to do business with. I started this process by calling the company who installed the A.O. Smith water heater when I had my house built 18 years ago. They refused to give me a quote without having someone visit which would be a $65 service charge. I offered to send photos or do a video conference and they said no. By comparison Joe at Premier gave me a quote without needing to visit. His total price was very reasonable. I checked what the price of the Rheem I bought would have been at Home Depot (plus shipping). Subtracting that from Premier's total price gave me what I feel was an extremely competitive price for the delivery, installation, and removal of my old unit. If I have future plumbing needs I will definitely start with Premier.

Our water heater was leaking and needed replacing during the Coronavirus Pandemic. My husband said to research and get someone as soon as possible to replace. I went on Angie's list, and got a phone call from Joe literally minutes after I filled out the information. He was so polite and professional on the phone, and said they would be able to install the next day! He answered my questions about warranty, quality of equipment, etc. and said he would email me a quote right away. With no hidden fees, and the price quoted included everything, it seemed like a very fair price and I set up the appointment. Joe and his son came the next afternoon with face masks on due to the pandemic, went to work, and finished in less time than he said it would take. Awesome customer service....polite from start to finish! Great value, great service, and extremely efficient. Just simply awesome! Don't hesitate to hire this company if you have the need for a new water heater. Customer service at its best!

Unbelievable service on a holiday weekend and a Sunday done at the same price I was charged 11 years ago by another firm. Great product in Rheam, great service and a great price. Premier is our new plumbing firm for everything.
