Quick response and easy communication before the service and good explanation of the process. Flat fee was nice. I knew what to expect and I could purchase the water heater I wanted, not just the one they had in the warehouse. Joel answered all of my questions about different sizes and benefits of different models. Friendly, prompt service with choices. Joe was a courteous person. He knew what he doing. The price he quoted was what I paid. He even took the old water heater with him. He even took time to keep us updated on his arrival and when he picked up the water heater. It was quality workmanship.

Joel and Gina are very friendly people who are punctual and professional in their jobs. They will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with the results of the job. Joel returned my late afternoon call immediately and we had a new water heater the next day! His model is that you buy the water heater, he picks it up and installs for a flat rate. Guaranteed no mark up on the water heater! He came in considerably less than his competitors and did an outstanding job. We highly recommend Premier.
