I had an issue with my water heater on a Saturday morning. I called the plumber who installed it 3 years ago, since it was still under warranty, left a message but he didn't call back. I called other plumbers that were supposed to be open 24 hours, no luck there. I called Premier, which has great reviews, and I found out why. Joe answered immediately and was very thoughtful and considerate. He went out of his way to help me. His son took care of the water heater. He is just as nice as his dad. Great customer service! Highly recommend!

I had needed to shop around water heater replacement so I decided to do that on Angie's List. I entered all my information and clicked the "Submit for Quote" button at about 7:55 AM. By 8:00 AM Joe from Premier Water Heaters called me and we thoroughly discussed my situation for almost 20 minutes as I commuted to work. I continued to shop it around that day and encountered nothing similar all day. I called Joe the next morning to discuss a schedule for the replacement. The technician arrived at my home promptly during the beginning of the 2 hour window I was scheduled. The job was not easy, as there was an inner utility closet within the utility closet that had "WALLS" built around the water heater. The technician carefully dismantled the door frame without any damage and replaced the water heater with ease. Everything about my experience with this contractor was absolutely top notch. You might think these reviews are untruthful, but with first hand experience I am a believer. I have a tendency to be a loyal customer, and without a doubt if I ever need service I will not hesitate to call Premier again. - James I.

When I contacted Joe, he was very quick to provide options and needs based on our water quality. Was not a hard sell and were very â let us know if you have any questions and we are here when you need usâ . After the installation, he took the time to explain the thermostat, where the manual was for reference and asked before the installation and after again â if I had any questionsâ .
