Joe is just awesome. They replaced our old heater with a new one. They picked the new one from store, nstalled and took the old one back. Very good service, answered all the questions we had and solved the problem. Would highly recommend them.

GREAT SERVICE. You purchase the hot water heater and they will pick it up, install, and take the old one away. No high pressure and they do it for a set price. No surprise add-ons.

Very impressed with the service and the price. They were very honest and upfront with their pricing, and kept me posted all along the way. Very responsive to my questions and completed the job in a timely fashion. I hope I don t need another water heater any time soon, but if I do, I ll definitely call Premier Water Heaters again.

Was a very good experience from beginning to end. They were the first to call after entering on Angies list the work I needed done. Joel was very nice and informative. He encouraged me to shop around and warned me about some sales gimmicks that I would hear. I got prices $500 higher than Premier water heaters price. Was easy, bought the tank online. Let Joel know what store it was at. He picked it up and brought it to the house. Joel and his wife were friendly and did a great professional and clean install. Their 5 star rating lives on with me and I will tell everyone I know about them. Thank you.
