The owner called immediately and communicated well in text and phone calls to provide a quick quote and pricing that was competitive. The install was quick and efficient. They worked quickly with little disruption to our day. They were clean and diligent about keeping our basement clean with cardboard protecting our floor. Very happy with this supplier of our hot water tank. Hopefully this one will last another 25 years.

I did not have an emergency situation. Mine was 27 years old (Rheem) and I didnâ t feel it was as efficient as is should be. (Duh). I called Premier in the morning and a new Rheem was installed by 6 p.m. Roughly $400 less than other estimates I had gotten.

I highly recommend Joe to do your plumbing work Joe even did a 10 star cleanup after the install of 2 water heaters. Joe explained everything from start to finished very nice and good people to work with.
