The whole experience replacing the water heater from the beginning to completion of the job was excellent. I do not have any complaints. I shopped around to other water heater company's and nobody could even come close with price or workmanship to premier water heaters. I would not have any problem recommending premier water heater

They were wonderful to work with, very easy to communicate with, quick to answer all my questions and very helpful with special requests. They showed up on time, worked efficiently and left the area clean, removing the old Waterheater.

Premier water heaters did a excellent job installing my new water heater. They worked with my schedule and exacuted the installation in a professional manner. The installer was friendly and knowledgeable. I shopped around to other companies, but no one could beat Premier in price and scheduling. I will totally recommend Premier Water Heaters to anybody who needs a new water heater.

They arrived on time and got the water heater installed in about two hours. There was one problem. The electrical work on the heater wasn't done in a way that satisfied out city's electrical inspector. The reason I give 5 stars in spite of this is because when I reported the problem to Joe he arranged for an electrician to come and fix the problem and kept following up with me to make sure it got done.

Awesome experience......same day service to install a replacement water heater for one still under warranty but not for labor. After an unpleasant experience with the store where we originally purchased the heater Jim was efficient, polite and pleasant as was Joel. Very reasonable price. Thank you.
