It was so nice to hire someone that has the old fashion business attitude. You can tell Premier Water Heaters likes and appreciates their customers. From the moment I went to Home Advisors to get a contractor they were professional, responsive, informative, came when they said they would come and did an excellent job. Wonderful customer service. We were 100% satisfied with their professionalism, work ethic and customer service skills. I would recommend them in a minute and will definitely use them again in the future. Also impressed us that they are a family orientated married couple that are making an honest living! Also appreciated the information I was given regarding our new hot water heater.

The customer service was excellent. Joel was very patient and answered every question I had and more. They were running late but were committed to getting the job done irregardless of whether they had to work into the evening. They were considerate of the flooring and kept a very neat work space. They picked up my new water heater and even returned the old one! They also installed a new faucet and garbage disposal. I would recommend them to anyone and I am VERY hard to impress.

Joe and Gina are the most amazing people you could ever have do work for you. They are honest, sweet, kind, trustworthy and they explain things to you. They have patience with you and answer any and all questions you have. They walk you thru the process step by step and as a single Mom homeowner, this is so important to me. I was so comfortable with Joe and Gina and I knew I was good hands. I recommend them a thousand times and will tell everyone I know about them! They are my superheroes!
