I was in need of a new water. I called Home Depot cause I wanted a Rheem 50 gallon tall that was 649. I wanted it installed and was given a number to call one of there sub contractors. He quoted me 749 plus any additional parts. I knew it was a standard install and I wouldn't need anything anyways. Then tried Lowes which had A O Smith but not much better. Decided to try Home Advisor and was pointed to Premier Services and saw such great reviews I sent a request. 5 minutes later I get a call from Joe who answered all my questions and had the Rheem I wanted. 5 minutes after we hung up I received a text and email with a price list and that was the price. I called him back in again 5 minutes and I was set up for install 2 days later. Jim came to install and arrived on time and were very friendly and made sure we were happy before they left. So 15 minutes and I saved about 500 dollars and it was a very pleasant experience. Great job Joe and Jim keep it up and you will be hearing a few people tell you Mike H referred them.

Jim was great, explained the details of the installation and arrived a few minutes early from our scheduled time which was great. He also called thirty minutes before he arrived. Professional and friendly. I will recommend Premier to my friends.

Fast and Efficient! Joe called me in response to my inquiry on HomeAdvisor at 2:30 on Friday Afternoon, and our technician, Jim, was here by 4 PM to install our new water heater and remove the old one. I cannot say enough Great things about Premier Water Heaters and would recommend them to our friends and colleagues if they ever need a new water heater. Thanks again Joe for arranging Jim to be able to deliver and install our new water heater on the same day. My wife and I really appreciate this, and Jim is a Great guy and is very professional, friendly and courteous and an expert in what he does.

Saturday my hot water heater started leaking. Sunday morning Joe contacted me an I determined I could go a day without hot water, Monday morning I had a new water heater and the old one hauled away, They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The price was very reasonable, I would highly recommend Premier Water Heaters.
