I am very happy with the installation of the 2 Waterheaters. The work was done in a professional way. Joel did a clean job in a timely fashion and also answered any questions I had. I certainly would recommend him. The work also included the pick up of the new heaters and the disposal of the old ones.

Called and talked to Joe on a Saturday. He was in Vegas. He set everything up and had Jim arrive that Monday. Jim did a great job and resolved all minor issues with the install. Things are working great and the price was as quoted. Great Job and Thanks!!!!

Hire them! You will not be disappointed. I had a 3pm appointment which they were behind because of problem job and high way travel, you can't count on freeway problems, but when they finished that job they called and asked if I was ok to still come, my need was not immediate, I said yes and so within the 2 hour work window, I had a new water heater. They answered all my questions, in a way I could get it, all the details to me: warranty, turn it on and off, vacation mode, etc. They changed the valve and all necessary pipes for the quoted dollar amount. Shocker I thought! no hidden fees! so if you have been ripped off by a plumber before I can reassure you that will not happen from the team I had. I am sending them to my family and friends!
