So often when dealing with contractors the results, price, and workmanship are not what you pay for. Complaining may or may not get satisfaction. This was not even close to the results we received from Premier Waterheaters. Everything was perfect. From the first phone call, to the email contacts and the installation I could not have been happier. No they are not my cousins. LOL

I searched Angi for a water heater repair company. I reached out to Premier Water Heaters. I received a phone call back fast. I had a new water heater by that afternoon. The owner let me know that the service men were running late. I received a call from the service men when they were headed to my home. Very nice guys, friendly and professional. They left the heater area better than how they found it. Awesome experience that I didn't expect!
