Joel contacted me within an hour of me posting a need for a water heater on HomeAdvisor. This was a Sunday evening, He verified some info with me and the next afternoon Jim installed the new one. Both guys were very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.

40 Gallon Rheem hot water heater, 12 year warranty unit. 1955 Galvanized pipes were not easy for Jim, the installer to deal with. He hung in there and did a GREAT job. I highly recommend Premier Water Heaters and would not hesitate to use them again.

Wonderful response time, service and value! Worked with Joe to remove a gas water heater and install an electric unit. He thoroughly explained all models, was very quick to come & install and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend !

My water heater went out Sunday morning at 4:00 AM. My wife contacted home advisor and Joel got a hold of us within a half an hour after my wife had put up the request. They were quick and they were professional on the phone. My service man, Jim the plumber, was extremely cordial and polite and Professional. He knew exactly what he needed to do when he got there and expedited the project without any problems. I would highly recommend this company. They do what they say theyâ re going to do. And quoted a price which included installation. That was the price I paid when they left. Great company.

They were not only the most cost effective solution, they also had flare at customer service. I especially liked the fact Joe was very informative about the water heater and what information was useful. Hard to see me using anyone else in the future.
