Joel was very professional by answering my inquiry immediately and was very knowledgeable about various water heaters. He offered to pick up the water heater from Home Depot after I ordered it and he arrived as scheduled the very next day. He appeared to work efficiently and upon completion of the job,left the area as he found it on arrival. Joel was very personable and it was a pleasure dealing with him.

Water heater started to leak. Four hours later they had picked up the new water heater and were starting the instillation in my basement. Great job on install. Even polished the new copper pipes--Now who does that! Will have no problem recommending them to family and friends!

The process is so easy and Joe is very helpful. You re able to choose the water heater of your choice, and they pick it up and install. Very friendly, knowledgeable and affordable. He even checks up afterwards, to make sure everything is working properly and we are satisfied with his work. Highly recommend!!
