They are AWESOME !!!! Had a water heater go bye-bye on us (really old one) and needed our new one installed as soon as possible. Other places told us a Week or more before they could "get to it". Well let me tell you Premier had someone contact us and we had our NEW water heater installed within hours. Isn't that something?!?!? Excellent job also !! Thank You Premier

Our water heater stopped working on a Monday night. I put a homeadvisor request around 7:30pm and within 5 minutes Joe from Premier called me to offer service. He provided us the information we needed and quoted a fair price. Great communication. The best thing is they were able to schedule us for the next day to replace the water heater. Less than 20 hours after our water heater stopped working the new water heater was installed and heating up our water. Looks great too. And the installer showed me what we needed to do to maintain the water heater.

I had a great experience with them. In only one week after being in contact with Joe, they were able to come out and install a new water heater. They worked with my schedule. I received a quote from another place charging double what Premier charged me. It was a great deal! The communication was great. They were very clean and neat and explained everything very well. Would definitely use again
