Everything was explained up front and there were no hidden fees. They called me on Sunday when our water heater went out and we had a new one installed first thing Monday morning. The technician was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!!!

Joe contacted me with a quote within 5 minutes of my search for water heater installation through Home Advisor. He sent me information on different sizes of tanks, costs, and spoke with me about the benefits of each and their warranty. His quote was $200.00 less than the local plumbing company I normally use. Jim came the next day and installed the 50 gallon tank in place of my leaking 40 gallon. I had an appointment between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, Jim called at 11:15 AM and said he would arrive in 45 minutes and he was right on time. Jim was polite, got right to the task, finished in an hour or so. He took the old tank with for disposal and left the room where the water heater is clean and neat. I would highly recommend Premier Water Heaters.

I couldn't be more please with this company! They are nothing but honest, professional and truly an amazing father son company. I went back and forth on if I should repair or replace my water heater. Joe was very upfront about the condition that my 2014 water heater should have plenty of life left in it and it would be dishonest of him to push a new water heater on me. Joe was very honest and told me I could try to replace certain pieces first before actually replacing the water heater. Overall I decided it was cheaper to just replace my water heater. When Joe's son came out he was very professional and knowledgeable as well. I couldn't be more happy that I chose this company. I will be using them in the future.

Great, professional service at a good price. Father and son showed up on time and did a great job with our new hot water heater install. They also hauled away our old heater saving me the hassle. Also like the fact that they use quality, Rheem heaters.
