This company had excellent customer service. Loved that they could give me the cost right up front. Received an email from Joe with several options 6,9 and 12 year water heaters with prices so I could make my choice. I was even given the option of next day installation if needed. I will be recommending them to all my friends and relatives.

Joe responded quickly, going above & beyond to help us replace our leaking water heater on the weekend, as we had guests staying over and in need of hot water. He explained our options, his recommendations and the cost and, when we decided, he did a wonderful, professional job that my wife & I (and our guests) greatly appreciated. The new water heater works like a charm.

Fantastic experience. I placed a request at 1030pm for an emergency and was contacted at 10:31. Joe and his wife were able to come first thing the next morning and completed the job in just under and hour and a half. Very quick, professional, and helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs to replace a water heater!

Something extraordinary happened. The delivery and installation was delayed. Premier actually called us to revise their arrival time, and they were very precise with a small and reasonable "window" for their arrival. Installation was quick and clean. Great customer service.

Joel responded quickly to all my inquiries on the new hot water heater purchase. He did a thorough assessment of what needed to be done to replace my old heater with the new one. The installation was top notch - even to replacing some old piping with new copper tubing - and the work site was spotless. I will definitely recommend him. Anne Roets in Wauwatosa

They responded to my inquiry promptly Gave me several choices of sizes and offered great prices. They were on time, got the job done quickly and efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. They were extremely professional, friendly and easy to work with. I'd highly recommend them and will use them again if the need arises.
