I had such a positive experience with Premier! In just over 12 hours I discovered my leaky water heater and had a new one installed, and this was from 8 pm to the following morning at 10 am. Joe was very courteous and professional on the phone answering my questions and providing me with a quote. Jim as the installer explained my new equipment, answered my questions, worked efficiently, and left everything neat and tidy! These guys are first class and offer all this at an excellent price. I am impressed!

Joe did an awesome job!! Very friendly and would give you feedback on every process. After the water heater was installed he found a leak in the existing water pipe and had no problem fixing the issue. Thank you Jim!

I loved my experience with Premier water heaters. They were quick to respond, very thorough in communicating. Came the next day and our plumber Jim was great! Very professional. Did a wonderful job in replacing our water heater. We priced different companies, and we saved the most with them!

They almost immediately contacted me after we placed are request in after our hot water went out. We were able to schedule for that day. Everything was installed in a couple hours and went smoothly. I couldn t be happier with the service, quality and value we received. Would go with them if any other needs come up.
