Joel was wonderful to work with. He sent me emails to inform me of the choices I had for a new water heater. It was convenient placing my order online for my new hot water heater. He picked it up,delivered it,and installed it. Great service! Will definitely remember his company and refer him to others. He saved me $400 over another company's quote.

Our water heater blew up, so we needed someone quickly. Joe called back and told us he could not come for two days but would keep checking to see if there was a cancellation. Ultimately there was, and he fit us in. I'm not sure if I have ever had a repair or service person communicate so much. Joe was very helpful after installation to explain how the new temperature gauge would work. This was top notch from beginning to end and I would highly recommend Joe to anyone who is in need of this service.
