Needed to replace our existing water heater. Owner replied back to us very quickly with an install quote on a number of different units for me to choose from to meet my needs. I made phone contact with the owner, who answered all questions I had so I could make a decision. Set a time and date and the installers were on time and quickly installed unit. Explained how unit worked and showed everything I needed to feel comfortable with unit. Covered self maintenance program and warranty info. He laid everything out for me, was very informative and pleasant, not pushy, which I really appreciated. The quote he gave me was exactly what I paid. Jim the installer was right on time, made sure I understood how my new water heater operates and made sure all my questions were answered before he left. Joe contacted me right away Friday evening and gave me upfront pricing so good, I decided to buy two new heaters for my duplex instead of just replace the one that was leaking. Jim showed up on time early the next day which was Saturday and had everything completed in a few hours. My new Rheem water heaters were quite the upgrade and they didn't even charge more for a weekend service either. I had a previous estimate that was twice as high the week before from someone who charged me a diagnostic fee and wanted to make a career out of my basement.
