Great communication and service from both Joe and Jim, nothing less than 5 stars throughout the entire process. Just moved into a new house, and had a water heater replaced. Will hopefully not need any further plumbing services, but if I do, would call Premier in a heartbeat if I did. Thanks again.

We feel very lucky to have found Premier Water Heaters!! They were by far the most affordable! We were also very happy with the guys that came to replace our water heater, they were such hard workers and really polite!!! They were able to come the same day I called and were very professional!!

Called at 9am, had a new water heater installed by 1pm.

They did a water heater install for me. They showed up on time, letting me know in advance of arrival time. Came in took their shoes off, wore masks and we proceeded to the basement. They did the install very timely and efficiently, with minor adjustments to plumping. The joints we cleanly soldered and did not leak. It looked like the water heater was there all along. They did a great job and I would recommend.

Accepted their quote at about 10:30 a.m., and amazingly, new water heater was installed by 2p.m. the same day. Very professional company.

I have and will continue to recommend Premier Water Heaters for efficiency, quality, and professionalism. I received an immediate response from Joe who provided a quote that was 52% LESS than a local commercialized company for the same gas water heater! He completed the install within 24 hours with absolutely no additional cost or fees. Now, nine months later the water heater began to experience burner problems. I immediately contacted Joe via text message who promptly replied to handle this situation. The water heater is under a 6-year warranty. As promised, a warranty technician was on-site to repair the water heater within 24 hours!

Blows my mind how some companies require someone to inspect the water heater prior to providing any sort of estimate (AND some even charge for this trip!).
