Excellent! First, they were on-time and communicated well about when they would arrive. Second, Colin, the tech, did an excellent job of checking over the whole system (furnace and A/C), even though it was raining outside. He was outside looking at the A/C for a good amount of time and took everything apart to access the innards - no "once over" and then back in where it was dry. He also was very careful to put the protective booties on each time he came in - not the biggest deal, but makes my wife happy and shows the kind of care and concern for details that made me confident in his analysis. Third, he then explained to me what was working and what to expect going forward with my 22 year old system. The blower was dirty, limiting efficiency, and he both showed me pictures of it as well as explained to me how it could be cleaned. For a reasonable fee, he would have scheduled a cleaning right then or even done it then, but then showed me what needed to be done - he gave me good options. Overall, I would definitely use them again if I needed a repair: clearly interested in doing good and honest work, not just getting money out of me.

First, Supreme reached out to me right away after I bought their Big Deal, to schedule service. They were very accommodating to my schedule. Oleg was very professional, called me as he was driving to my place for the appointment, to let me know just when he was going to arrive. He inspected and tested all systems, gave me recommendations, carefully explained and showed me how to replace my filters, cleaned and reset my humidification system (and did some minor repairs on it). I feel very confident that we are ready for the heating season now.

Great! He did more than any other company has done for me in a service call. He was very thorough. He checked to make sure co2 monitor was functioning. He went the extra mile and it was all included within the price I paid for the deal! He answered any questions I had and was very patient with his explanations.
