After misquoting, screwing up timelines, not having techs available to do the installation (thus leaving me running on emergency electric heat and creating a $1070 monthly electric bill), not living up to your salesman's word about having a small mess in my backyard (they literally left 26 tons of dirt), not having the settings properly configured on the system and having to come out 3 times since the installation was "complete," and then it failing the electrical inspection...I would definitely NOT recommend Supreme Air. Their word means nothing, and they clearly are a disorganized company.

Response from Company:

We strive to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied and work offer the best customer service experience. There was a discrepancy with the proposal and offered a resolution that was agreeable. In January 14' when we had severe winter conditions which made it very difficult to perform the installation in a timely manner. We did offer a resolution to help the utility costs which was again agreeable. Our contract clearly stated that we where not responsible for excess dirt, which was created because the county changed the drilling location. We again offered a resolution that was agreeable. We completed the work and passed all inspections.

The first time they came out I thought they did a good job. They were supposed to come out twice a year to inspect my system, they expected me to call them to plan the visit but I was under the impression that they would contact me when it was time. They were not willing to make any accommodation to show me that they wanted my business after I had missed my annual inspections.

Response from Company:

Hello, Mr. [removed member name]. We're very sorry that you are displeased with our services. According to our records, your service agreement lapsed in April of 2013. In March and April of 2013, we called twice and emailed once, to try to schedule your service before the contract lapsed, but we didn't hear back from you. Then in August you experienced problems with your cooling system and asked for your Spring PM but the service agreement had lapsed. Possibly the problem could have been prevented if the Spring service had been done, but we did our part in trying to reach you, to schedule it. However, we don't like leaving this situation unresolved. If you would still like to work something out, please give the office a call. We apologize for any misunderstanding, and hope that we can make this right. Thank you, and have a Supreme day.

I do not feel like this was a very good deal. It seems to me like this deal was just an attempt to get into my home and try to sell me more products that I didn't necessarily need. I didn't have them do anything, and a year later, the system is still working just fine.

Response from Company:

Good morning, and thank you for taking the time to review us, although we are sorry you weren't pleased with our services. When our techs perform preventive maintenance, they look for potential issues and bring them to your attention, so that problems can be proactively prevented. If we find small parts such as contactors showing signs of wear, we recommend replacing them, because they are likely to fail on the hottest day of the summer when the system is working harder. If coils and blower wheels need cleaning, they may still work, but cleaning them will definitely improve the performance of the system. You are not obligated to accept our recommendations, however, we can't guarantee our services without pointing out these issues, and offering you the option to take care of them. I hope this helps you understand why we do this. We apologize for any misunderstanding and thank you for choosing Supreme Air.

Response from Company:

Greetings, [member name removed]. Is it possible there is some mistake? Fairfax Virginia is out of our service range and we are unable to locate any record of this service. Was the service done at a different address or under a different name? We will be happy to take another look and respond again if so. Thanks so much, and Have a Supreme day.

Rosalie called a half-hour before the technician was due to arrive.  Tony was punctual, friendly, professional, and very helpful.  He checked out the entire HVAC system and made adjustments as necessary.  He noted a couple of items and took time to explain why he recommended each.

Response from Company:

Hello, and thanks for taking the time to review us, and for giving us a positive rating. We're glad you were pleased with our services, and we hope to have the pleasure of serving you again in the future. Have a Supreme day!

The technician, Youseff, showed up on-time and was a solid, polite, very intelligent kid.  Very enthusiastic and seemed to know his stuff.  The 'deal' price was for only one heating system, whereas we have two furnaces and two AC units.  Therefore it cost a lot more than expected.  Not a big deal, my bad for not reading fine print.  Only issue I'd have is that the 'upsell' efforts started early and continued afterward via voice and email.  I understand that the 'deal' prices are intended as marketing efforts to generate new business but from a consumer perspective, my spidey sense starts to tingle when I start getting unsolicited sales pitches.  Not a ding on the company, they're trying to make a buck afterall.  Even still, seems to be a solid company and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends/family.

Response from Company:

Hello, thank you for taking the time to review us and for giving us a positive rating. We always strive to provide the best possible service. We understand you might not appreciate a company trying to upsell products, but the items Youssef suggested were safety improvements, and there was a recommended replacement of a part that showed signs it was about to fail. If it is weak, it will probably fail during an extreme temperature day. This is why we want to inform you. It would have been negligent not to bring these items to your attention. The goal was to be thorough and make sure we are meeting all your needs. But thank you again for the positive review and we hope to serve you again the future. Have a Supreme day!
