Write a ReviewScheduling was fine and he arrived within the scheduling window (between 9:30-12:30) and was courteous. There were no extra costs and they performed the work very quickly.  I was surprised that they took care of the AC and Furnace tune-ups at the same visit and felt, for the cost, this would have included two visits. I feel the verbiage should have been more clear on this. They did offer a seasonal service agreement, which I have not purchased as of yet.
Greetings, and thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts on your experience with Supreme Air. We're glad that you were pleased overall, and regret that there was any misunderstanding. The Big Deal offer is for a cooling as well as a heating check up. Some prefer this because they get the whole system checked at one time and don't have to schedule two appointments. If you enroll in our Service Agreement, normally we come in the Spring to check the cooling system, and in the Fall for the heating system. Feel free to call us if you decide to enroll, at any time. Please keep us in mind in the future for your HVAC service needs. Thanks again, and have a Supreme day!
Technician was unprepared and falsely claimed their were problems in order to gain more business. The tech was nervous when he arrived, spilling office supplies out of his van when he arrived. I had a bad feeling but had prepaid for the service through Angie's List. I informed him that I had recently purchased the house, wanted a a detailed explanation of any issues, but that any repairs would have to be completed by my home warranty company. During the inspection he wound up missing a large piece of insulation that was preventing the blower from working properly, causing the furnace to overheat. He said the unit was cycling normally, while a year later another company's tech correctly identified that the unit was overheating and fixed the problem (large piece of debris in the blower). He noted that the air conditioner needed to be cleaned but that it was not included in my services. When I asked what the "tune-up" part of the deal was he claimed to not know about it and said he was only there for an inspection. After he finished, and had closed the furnace up, he claimed that the furnace's heat exchanger was cracked and that it was unsafe to use. He had me sign a waiver before he would provide his report, told me not to use it, and pressured me to hire his company to do the work even though I repeatedly stated I had to go through the home warranty company. He did not red tag the furnace, marking it as unsafe. My home warranty company sent out their contractor, which I paid a deductible for. They could not see any cracks, allowed me to take a look, and noted that if it had been cracked and unsafe to use the tech would have had to red tag the unit, which was not done. They suggested he confused cobwebs with cracks. During this time, I received sales calls from Supreme Air attempting to get me to hire them or pressure my home warranty company to hire them. Even when I stated I didn't have a choice of a contractor they still kept calling. Both the tech and sales calls suggested I hire them and not let anyone else look at the furnace. After the second opinion I spoke to a manager and let him know that his tech had misdiagnosed a cracked heat exchanger, causing me to have to pay my deductible for the warranty company to come out. I also noted that it seemed like I was being pressured to pay them to fix the issue and not let anyone else see the unit. I was told that their tech was great, the other company and I were both wrong, and he wanted to send two of his men over to look at the unit. After what seemed like an attempt to scare me into unneeded repairs I said I was not comfortable having someone else touch the furnace, let along two guys come over to my house. I instead asked for a refund for the service, which I did not believe was performed correctly or honestly, or reimburse me for the insurance deductible (which was less than the Angie's List Deal. He refused. I waited to submit this review to give them the benefit of the doubt and see if, over a year, the heat exchanger failed or cracked. The heat exchanger had no issues. Almost a year later the only issue was the blower clog, which the tech missed, and there were no cracks. I found them unprofessional, focused more on sales than service or doing the job well, and although the deal price was less than competitors it was a poor value.
At Supreme Air our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible service experience. We are sorry to hear of your experience last year. Supreme air was at {removed member name} home on 9/12/2013 to perform a Angie’s list big deal furnace and A/C inspection and tune up. During the inspection the technician discovered several cracks in the furnace heat exchanger( a cracked heat exchanger is a dangerous condition in which carbon monoxide can leak into the customers home causing serious health hazardous or death); the technician recommended that {removed member name} set up an appointment with a comfort consultant for and estimate to replace the furnace which was more feasible than replacement of the heat exchanger on the aged furnace. We did contact {removed member name} after the service tech came out, to see if he wanted a estimate to replace his furnace. After he had a second opinion from his home warranty company {removed name} called in to ask for a refund or reimbursement for the service call from the home warranty company. We stand behind our technicians diagnoses and offered to have one of the owners and a different tech re-inspect the system to verify if there was a crack or not. The customer refused and insisted on a refund, we once again offered to have Supreme Air reevaluate the system before confirming if a mistake had been made or not. We also explained to {removed member name} that upon us returning to reevaluate the system that if at that time we did not find a crack in the heat exchanger than we would give {removed member name} a full refund. We wanted the opportunity to perform our diligence to reevaluate the system and be able to stand be hind the work that Supreme Air prides itself on. Additionally {removed member name} stated that a year later the furnace overheated from a loose piece of insulation in the blower. If our technician had missed a piece of insulation in the blower causing the furnace to over heat it would not have taken a year for the furnace to over heat (this had taken place during the heating season). {removed member name} stated that he had someone from the Home Warranty company come behind us to verify if the heat exchanger was cracked if they removed the blower wheel to inspect the heat exchanger the insulation would have been discovered then? Please let us know if we can be of any further service.
Youssef, the technician was very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous.

Saleman Ross came out and we quickly agreed on what equipment I needed. Within a week the equipment was brought over and installed. Initially the wrong air conditioner was brought out and that delayed installation by a day. The technicians were friendly and cleaned up behind themselves. The air purifier was not delivered, and the wrong thermostat was installed. I emailed Supreme about these two issues and within a few days a crew came out. The air purifier was installed , and the correct thermostat was installed. All in all their were a few bumps in the road but Supreme corrected the issues as quickly as possible. The technicians who came to the house were always on time and professional. Supreme did apply for my rebates on my behalf and delivered. I received a $950 rebate from Carrier (was told initially$1,000 in bid), and $1,000 from BGE (was told $500 initially!). All in the system will cost me $7,450 total (equipment and installation). I feel that price was fair and was surprised to basically have a new system in about ten days (from time of estimate to installation). I plan on contacting Ross and Supreme again in the future for all of my PM, and possibly additional equipment.
Supreme Air appreciates your outstanding review of our company! We strive to meet and exceed all expectations. When there is a problem, we try to resolve it without missing a step. From our consultants to our technicians, you can depend on Supreme Air. We look forward to working with you in the future!
Great job. Each stage of the job went well. I was always updated on each step of the install.
When Supreme Air initially gave me their pitch in a  attempt to convince me to purcase a geothermal unit it sounded to good to be true, in some aspects it was. I was told by one of their representative ( I believe his name was Ross) that they would file and send off all of the tax credit and rebate documents, not true. I was also told that the unit could run off of my 10 kw whole house generator, not true ( I had to replace my 10 KW unit with a 20 KW model costing me about $6000.00). Supreme Air's  tech's would constantly break appointments, calling me 15 minutes before they were supposed to show up usually stating that the had some family business to take care of ( after I took leave from my job to ). I took offense to being misled by Supreme Air's representatives to what I believe they thought would help insure a sale. I probably would have purchased the unit without all of the false promises and misinformation. All the being said, SA's install technicians did a wonderful job installing the system, even though they kept insisting on hauling away my old funace for $500.00 after I told them multiple times that I would take care of it. The main problem I had with the install is that the tech had the backup auxillary heat set to com on at 35 degress. After the brutally cold winter we had my electric bill was averaging around $485.00 per month. When SA did their scheduled maintenance, the threshold was lowered to 5 degrees and the electric bill decreased significantly. I have received most of my tax credits and rebates ($9000.00 federal, $3000.00 state (which is taxed), and $500.00 BG&E). I have not gotten any feedback concerning the $5000.00 property tax credits that I had applied for. I hope to hear something on this matter ASAP. Overall I got a big savings on the $31000.00 investment. Supreme Air will also hook you up with a finance plan that allows you to make no payments for a year with no interest. I paid off the balance a month in advance of the deadline to avoid the exorbitant interest fee that would have kicked after one year. If not for the deceptive sales pitch given by SA, I would have given them all A's. As it is, I am giving them a C+. Adam, from Supreme Air, called me to apologize for any inconvenience that may have arose from my experience dealing with Supreme Air. He said that I would receive 2 years free maintenance on my geothermal unit. Adam also advised me to contact Kathleen Ferren from the Baltimore County Office of Budget and Finance at 410 887-2872. He said that I would probably receive my $5000.00 property tax credit from installing the geothemal unit next year. I contacted Ms. Ferren by phone and she told me than I would receive my tax credit in "2022". This is another exampled of Supreme Air giving me incorrect information. In my opinion this was done to help them make a sale. I have called Ms. Ferren on a number of occasions to request that she send me verification of receiving my requests for the $5000.00 property tax credit. The first two times I was told that the verification will be emailed to me. Both times I never received the emails. On the third request, Ms. Ferren was acting like she was upset that I was making the request and told me that her office was too busy to send the verification. I am in the porcess of sending her superior a letter complaining about the length of time it is taking me to recieve my tax credit and the way Ms. Ferren keeps ignoring my request for verification of my tax credit. I would like to again express my disapointment with Supreme Air giving me incorrect information when presenting the company's sales pitch. I find that the sales tecnique tends to be misleading and unprofessional.

At Supreme Air we strive to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied and will work make to make sure they have the best customer service experience possible before and after completion of services performed. Myself and Ross Martin(Comfort Specialist) both met with Mr. [removed member name] on October 13th 2013 to perform our QCA (quality control audit) to review the system installation, warranties and overall customer satisfaction. Additionally we had prepared all of his Tax credit & Grant & Rebate paperwork and had it ready for him to sign. Supreme Air is responsible for submitting the utility rebate application while the homeowner is responsible for submitting Tax credits & Grant application which was understood to the homeowner during that visit. Supreme Air has submitted the utility rebate application while the homeowner has submitted the other applications and additionally we have given Mr. [removed member name] the contact for county property tax credit as per his request. We did our best in order to connect Mr. [removed member name] existing Generator to his new Geothermal system, but unfortunately we where unable to do so. We did offer him a Generator but he purchased his own. We did contact Mr. [removed member name] as soon as possible to notify him and apologized that the technician had family emergency where unable to perform the assigned work for the day. We did re schedule with Mr. [removed member name] and completed the work in a timely manner. There was found to be an issue with the auxillary heating setting which we apologized for and corrected, we offered a resolution to satisfy the Mr [removed member name] which he seemed to be happy with.
