All of the Supreme Air folks were punctual, professional, courteous and really cared about our needs. They were easy to work with and did what we asked and what they had to do to get the job done, not to mention affordable unlike the 5 other companies we spoke to. We had a few concerns after completion which were addressed immediately and have the warm fuzzies about these folks. I have found my heating and air conditioning contractor and if you are interested in not wasting time or dealing with frustration over a contractors performance or quality look no further, these folks really care about you. EVERYONE WAS CUSTOMER SERVICE-ORIENTED AND TECHNICALLY COMPETENT. THIS BEGAN WHEN THE ESTIMATOR PROVIDED A FULL PACKET OF COMPANY DATA FROM THE GET-GO. THE WORKERS DID NOT RUSH TO GET THE JOB DONE BUT WERE NOT POKEY, EITHER. THEY INSTALLED A QUALITY SYSTEM AT A FAIR PRICE AND EVEN COORDINATED WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY IN ARRANGING DIRECT PAYMENT. NO ONE LIKES TO GO THROUGH THE HASSLE OF ESTIMATES AND TRYING TO JUDGE WHO'S TELLING THE TRUTH OR THE HALF-TRUTH. THESE FOLKS WERE A CUT ABOVE ALL THE OTHER COMPANIES I DEALT WITH. THEY MADE A TOUGH SITUATION MUCH MORE BEARABLE.

Air handler was not fixed correctly and leaked through ceiling. The ceiling fell through from attic. Also, while replacing drain pan the water spilled onto hardwood floor. Supreme Air is not having someone repair the 4x4 foot hole in the bedroom ceiling and refinishing the hardwood floor. This repair has already taken 3 full days of my time. It still need another day or two to complete the replairs. Like painting the ceiling.

Very honest, Alex came to the house was here about an hour measuring looking around and gave us the best possible price. Explained the best way to make the new units work to the best potenial. Got the job done in a day. Would recommend this company to anyone in need of new furnace and A/C. Thanks.

We had a great experience with Supreme Air from the time they came to give us their proposal until after the installation process. They were very thorough and explained everything to us. Everything was installed in one day and they were very neat as they did the install. I would recommend this company to everyone.
