I had 4 different companies give me estimates on this job.  Ross with Supreme Air was the most thorough in his estimate.  He walked through the house several times to discuss what I was looking for in the installation.  He took the time upfront to confirm exact locations of duct work.  I was highly concerned over the original structure of the house not losing integrity or needing to add walls to conceal unsightly duct work.  They were patient with us in the form of payment.  We did not want to add this to our credit cards, so we made a payment plan over 3 months so that everything was paid for by the time the job was complete. They subcontracted the duct work with a company that they use often.  That company was very professional and clean in their work. All of the employees with Supreme Air that I interacted with were helpful in answering my questions, timely and respectful of my property and dogs. The entire installation process took one and half weeks.  The employees were working all day with little down time. A week following installation, Ross came out for a final walk through.  He also completed and mailed the needed paper work for our BGE rebate.  I would highly recommend using Supreme Air to anyone wanting to add central A/C to their older homes.

The company called and the appointment was scheduled within a couple of hours after buying cupon.  When an opportunity to schedule an earlier appointment became available I was contacted and was able to take advantage.  Arrived on time.  Performed services as stated.  Serviceman polite and answered all questions.  Showed defective parts and completed all services within the time stated..

I purchase 2 of the big deals because I have 2 systems.  They set up the appointment to come out and check them, but then there was an issue with it not being warm enough to check the air conditioning properly.  I did purchase a service contract which includes having them come out in the spring and fall to check the systems and discounts on any necessary work.   One guy came out last spring and pretty much said everything was fine, we discussed the age of one of my units, etc.  Another guy came out in the fall (the fall appointment had to be rescheduled because of issues they were having, but that wasn't a big deal for me) who seemed to find things like mold and other potential issues and gave me ideas of costs to take care of these issues.  When I pointed out the the first guy didn't mention any of these things he just said something like well I see them now.  I did end up purchasing one part that he said had the potential for failure in the near future. I am waiting for the weather to get warmer before I set up my spring check up.  My concern is - did the first guy miss these things, or is the second guy trying to sell things I don't need? I'm not sure if I will be renewing my contract or not.

Overall, they showed up on time, were very professional and took time to explain everything to me.  The only reason for a bad rating is because they said they would get back to me with some follow-up info for issues they found and they never did.
