Write a ReviewIt worked fine and that was good. They did a good job. They ended up doing a repair that cost more. They are very helpful and gave me a lot of ideas for self maintenance. I would use them again.
I received a call within a few days after purchasing the deal. I explained that I had two HVAC units, one not functioning and would need additional service. The office and the repairman were both punctual and professional and I will likely use them in the future.
Thank you [member name removed]! We are glad we were able to repair your system and get you up and running!
I bought the Big Deal:Â $119 for a Season Ending A/C Inspection Tune-up AND Fall Furnace Tune-up! The tech came out and did a THOROUGH (and I mean thorough) job inspecting our HVAC system in getting ready for summer AC use. Â He was at our house for over an hour and completed an extensive checklist. Â He did forget to reset a switch which knocked out our AC for a day, but another tech came out the next day and made the necessary repair. Â All in all, a good experience and good to see that they promptly corrected a mistake that they inadvertently made. We look forward to having them come out in the fall to service our HVAC for winter heat.
It was great. The technician was very professional, and courteous.
1.     I did not have a good level of heat or cool air coverage on my 3rd floor. According to Supreme Air I had the ?supply? and I needed to extend the ductwork to have return on the 3rd floor. After weeks of work and thousands of dollars and mess all over the house to extend the return- duct to 3rd floor from basement, it did not work. Because simply there wasn?t any supply (hot or cool air) on the 3rd floor and Supreme Air had the wrong diagnosis which cost me thousands of dollars. What they thought to be the supply turned out to be the exhaust pipe from furnace that we had to close for the health reasons. When I asked them why they made me go through this project and spend thousands of dollars for nothing, the response was: ?mistakes can happen?. I think a person who knows what he is doing, should know the difference between exhaust pipe and the hot air supply before talking me into a huge and costly ductwork project. 2.     In addition to that they did some ductwork changes to supply cold/hot air in a room in the basement. When the work was finished, I noticed that there is no return duct work, and they have installed only the supply. When I brought that to their attention, they pointed the finger to their subcontractor. To make the long story short, I had to pay them additional $450 to connect the return. And it is still not working. 3.     About 2 weeks ago when I tried to use the AC for the first time after these ductwork changes; it did not work at all. I had to call them again and it turned out the humidifier was unplugged. They charged me $250 for that visit which was just plugging back in what they had probably unplugged during their previous visit(s). Looking at their entire pattern, it looks like as soon they step through the door they keep fixing one thing and breaking 2 more, or leave some loose ends so that they can come back and charge you again and again. I can prove all that and every single line in this story is a fact.
They came out and repaired the leak the day after I called them.
They did a great job. They were fast, efficient, and thorough.
We are satisfied with Supreme Air. Â They come out and provide us with excellent service to improve and maintain our air conditioning and heating systems.
All went okay. Even got annual maintenance contract because of expertise and professionalism.
OK.
