Write a ReviewThe technician was on time, the office called to say he was on his way and emailed me a brief bio of the technician. He was polite, knowledgeable, answered my questions and completed the work in a timely manner. Â I look forward to using them again for the spring servicing.
They did a good job.
I discovered that my furnace stopped working a Friday morning. I checked the manual and discovered that the symptoms were related to a bad surface pilot.   This furnace is ten years old and I had never had a problem with the unit. I was not surprise that something at this point broke or needed replacement. Called several technicians around the Anne Arundel County area and the best phone customer service was from Air Supreme.  The lady was courteous and professional. We discuss the availability of the technician and fees. Because it was late on Friday the only open slot was after hours (6 pm). The after-hours service cost extra but is the same with everybody else in the Anne Arundel County Area. She did mentioned that the technician may be able to arrive before 6 pm depending on his current service call. Later that day I received a phone call from customer service telling me that the technician was going to be able to stop by two hours earlier.  As promised the technician arrived on schedule began identifying the problem with the furnace. As suspected the hot surface pilot needed to be replaced. He tested the unit and it began working, he also verified the capacitor of the unit and recommended to be replaced. I said yes for the replacement but at no point did the technician pressured me to change the capacitor.  Again, I recommend Air Supreme if you can't do the job yourself.Â
My air conditioner broke on a weekend at the end of the summer/fall so I had a few highly rated Angie's List companies come out and give us quotes for a new A/C unit and coil. Rob from Supreme Air responded to our request quickly and did a very thorough job inspecting the site for the new unit. He wrote us a quote that day, and it was significantly less than the other companies that came out to give me estimates. Installation of the new unit was scheduled quickly. The crew who did the replacement showed up on time, was very professional, tested the unit thoroughly when finished the installation, and cleaned up everything before they left. I was very happy with my experience with all the people I spoke with at Supreme Air. We had a small miscommunication regarding the installation date, but Supreme Air was very flexible and eager to work with us.  The office called a few days after installation to make sure everything went well and even wanted to perform a post installation inspection, but I declined. I only got to use the A/C unit a few times before it got too cold out, but it seems to work perfectly.
Technician was very thorough in checking the unit. I was told that I needed to have coolant added to the unit. The cost of the coolant was a surprise to me and was added on to the original cost of $119.
From the first visit by their comfort consultant, they were clearly the most professional (and we only met with companies who were "A" rated on Angie's List). Â They asked intelligent and engaging questions about our needs and then actually listened. Â They helped us get financing through Maryland's MHELP program, recommended a Home Energy Audit company, and found us multiple areas of savings in the process. Â Their installation team was awesome! Â They were thorough, clean, polite, professional, etc. Â They arrived early, stayed late, explained everything at each step in the process, and even had a few recommendations for continued improvements after the installation. We could not be happier, and look forward to having Supreme Air as our ongoing service company, and to having them replace our gas furnace in a few years (which they determined did not need to be replaced at this time; imagine that, NOT overcharging me by replacing what did not need replaced?). Â What a fantastic company.
Excellent service prompt, professional, good folks
Overall, the process went well. I was a bit disappointed that it takes a week before someone can come out and also that they charge an $80.00 service fee in addition to any repairs. Also, if the work takes longer than an hour, they bill another service fee for the extra time. We will write another review once the new unit is installed.
They performed an end of summer AC heating check, They answered all my questions and told me of things to watch out for.
This was a major undertaking to upgrade our heating system and to provide central air conditioning for our 44 year old 5 bedroom dutch colonial home. The folks at Supreme Air demonstration the up most professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy through the complete process. After a thorough evaluation of room sizes, windows, insulation values, and our desire to be able to control each floor separately, Rob Brock (Comfort Advisor) designed and proposed our system. Working with Rob was a pleasure after some of the ordeals we went through with comfort advisors from other companies. He took the time to provide data to support his recommendations and truly listened to what we wanted explaining all pros and cons. The installation folks all took pride in the work they performed. Notable where the efforts of Charlie, Luis, and Eli who made an extra effort to minimize dirt and debris throughout the ductwork installation. Also of note were the efforts of the technician Alex during installation of the custom filter rack and the custom dampers. His ingenuity and craftsmanship are to be commended. My only complaint, which is very minor, is the time taken to provide the custom Honeywell dampers was longer then anticipated. Overall, we are very pleased with the performance of Supreme Air and the system they installed.
