They were pretty good. We liked their work enough that we set up an annual inspection with them. They checked for dust and made sure all wiring was secure. We now have them out every spring and fall for servicing. They were highly professional and really liked them.

Technician arrived on time, was extremely polite and professional, and said that it required a new compressor. He could not provide any more information about it and said it would require a second appointment for a repair estimate. I tried to set up the second appointment and was told that it might not be necessary for someone to come out, that I could be called with the estimate instead. Great, I said. Except no one ever called. I called them back to request the information and was told someone would contact me shortly. Never happened. It's been three weeks. I give up.

Customer called Supreme Air in November of 2014 for no heat service call. we diagnosed the heating system and found a bad main circuit board and wiring harness we gave the customer the quote for the repairs and he approved them the customer even purchased a new thermostat and enrolled with our maintenance policy program. we returned with the parts installed them and got the heating system back up and running. i reached out to the customer after seeing his review and he stated he is happy with supreme air and is looking forward to our maintenance visit in the fall. His main concern was the cost of the service i explained to the customer that the circuit board is one the more expensive parts in the system and that we strive to keep our pricing as fair as possible. He seemed to be satisfied and we look forwarded to serving him for many years to come.

I felt a little bit that the technicians were just learning.  They didn't have the expertise as I was used to dealing with which was fine but it took them a little longer.  I just didn't feel that they have the expertise that sometimes people do when they come out.
