My first contact with the office staff to schedule my consulting appointment was very positive. They were friendly and worked around my work schedule (calls after 6:30 p.m.). My consultant didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need or that was pricier. Instead, he sold me an air conditioner that is perfect for the size of my condo. The nice thing was that they are able to crane the air conditioner onto the roof of my building. This DID add to my final price, but many companies are unwilling or unable to offer this service. The cost was fair and reasonable. The installers were on time, very pleasant, and worked clean. My overall experience with Supreme Air was wonderful!

the sales advisor was very knowledgeable. the installers did their work promptly and cleaned up fine. the heat pump installed was the carrier infinity and the installers should familiarize themselves more with the set up intricacy of the thermostat that comes with this model.

The scheduling was easy. I was given noon to 4PM window, however, the plumper arrives near 2 hours after the 4PM window. He did calll around 4:40PM to explain another job took longer than usual which I understand, it's not a big deal. Just wish he would have called before the 4PM window. The job went well. The plumper was professional and polite. The price seems high. It was $361 to snake and unclog the bathtub. A total of about one hour of work. I did applied Angie list discount and ended up paying $300. It still seems high compare to other plumbing company I used before. I probably will not use again due to the cost.

They do a very thorough job. An itemized list of everything done is provided. They provide helpful suggestions. I am very pleased. Not every similar company works on both heat pumps and oil furnaces.

Installers were lacked experience with brand installed, but they contacted other more experienced personnel to complete the job.

Very well. They did a great job. It was an expensive and complex repair - thieves had cut out and stolen all the radiators, stolen all the copper piping, stolen some venting and ductwork.
