We did not have any complaints with their service. I felt their price was a little expensive. Scheduling an appointment was good.

Greetings, and thanks for taking the time to review Supreme Air. We're glad you were pleased overall with our services. We performed a complete heating and cooling check. While our tech did find that the system was functioning, the found the hot surface igniter was cracked and in poor condition, so he recommended that you replace it, which you did agree to, and it was done. The purpose of a system check is to identify issues like this and correct them before extreme temperatures hit, so that your system doesn't fail at the worst possible time. It would have been negligent of us not to make you aware of the need for the repair. We thank you for choosing us as a service provider. We always do our best to meet our customers' needs and expectations, and we hope to do business again with you in the future. Thanks again and have a Supreme day.

We signed up for the annual tune up, once in summer for AC, once in winter for heat. Overall, the techs are friendly and do a thorough job.

The service turned out very well. I was pleased with their service. They did a good job. I did spend a little bit more than the $119 Big Deal because I had some part of my equipment cleaned. They did a thorough job examining the equipment. They seem to know what they were doing. I did not have any repairs done so I cannot indicate on how they worked out. It was more of checking things out and making sure that it was running properly. It was a good deal. They gave me a call within a day or two and then, scheduled it very quickly thereafter. They came when at the time they indicated.
