Write a ReviewI contacted Supreme Air and they showed up at the agreed upon time, in the evening for my convenience. I told them that I wanted a better way to filter my air and keep it cleaner because we have allergies. Also, I wanted to discuss where we would place everything, because I wanted to maximize my space. After talking with them, they helped me choose an energy efficient gas furnace, as well as, an energy efficient a/c unit for outside. They also introduced me to the "April Air" filter system, which I now love because we only have to change it once a year! I was pretty picky at the time, about where to put the duct work and I wanted the furnace in the attic to save space. Even though it took over an hour to talk about it, they gave me enough time to walk around the constructed space with them and work out the details. They gave me some information about what my options were and we were able to reach an agreement about the units and the filter I wanted.Within a few days they began the work. When the plumber I hired came to install the sump pump, I had to ask Supreme Air to work with them because the plumber was required to put in a sealed system for radon and the a/c condensation had to drain into the sump pump, too. The installer worked very well with the plumber. So far, I have had no problems with the units Supreme Air installed. When I have called to ask about the air filter replacement I have always been able to get a response and advice on how to do it myself.
Reasonable price and work done in one day. Hardworking people and very respectful of property. Two small issues included a broken attic entrance door and incorrectly written equipment serial number that got resolved after the manufacturer's rebate deadline. However, Supreme Air took responsibility for the mistakes and the issues were resolved. Mistakes may happen to the best of us. The key is that they strive to satisfy their customers. They're in my "good guys" list.
They performed the work in an excellent manner. The units work great! The work was done in a quick and neat manner. I'm very happy with Supreme Air and will definitely use them again!
Difficult project, completed quickly, excellent follow through.
Overall I was pleased with the quality of the technical advice, the responsiveness of everyone from Jeanette in the office to the guys doing the work. It's so refreshing to have service people arrive on time!
The consult was informative and effective. The installation was quick and clean and on time. Denny, Alex and their team are professional, creative and most of all willing to put up with requests. Since the install (almost one year ago) we have had no problems with any of the work. The AC is running great and keeps us cool all summer. They certainly stepped up to the challenge of putting a 5-ton unit on the roof and running the ducts down from there. Their team did most of the work in the August summer heat on a roof that reached up to 120 degrees and they did it with a smile on their faces. We are the only house in the neighborhood with that roof-top set-up. It allows us to still have room in the back yard and we never hear it. It was absolutely worth the money.
On time for appointment.
Very Fast and professional response.
Alex was early for the initial appointment. His pricing was competitive and the work was scheduled and completed on time. The team of John and Jason did a great job and left the site clean and all systems operational.
Ignitor on old furnace went out and I had to call a local HVAC company for replacement. Total cost was $450 for a part I used to buy and replace myself for $26. Part is no longer sold to the public. Found out our furnace was beyond its years and should be replaced. After being 'serviced' by company A for the ignitor, there was no way I would deal with them again. Did my research and found a company with a solid reputation and who was within a reasonable distance from our home. Alex Kougianos from Supreme Air came out and after doing a thorough review of our existing system and our home climate needs, began showing me systems he thought were right for us. I want to point out that Alex spoke 'to' me and not 'at' me. Also, the systems he showed me were in the middle of the series e.g. not the most expensive nor the 'tornado blast 10000'. He showed me systems that were right for us and our home and were well within the price I expected to pay. The work was done in 1 1/2 days and we were never without heat for more than an hour. The final installation was quite beautiful (if you can say that about a furnace and duct work) and if there's anything else to note it's the silence. Our old system made a bang at the end of the heating or cooling cycle when the duct work contracted. Bang is gone and took a while to get used to.
