THE MAN WAS UNFRIENDLY, HARD TO UNDERSTAND, I HAD TO REPEAT MYSELF SEVERAL TIMES. EVEN THOUGH I WAS NOT HAVING ANY PROBLEMS WITH MY A/C, HE TOLD ME I HAD SOMETHING VERY WRONG WITH MY A/C, WHICH WAS VERY, VERY EXPENSIVE & IT WAS GOING TO COST MUCH MORE MONEY THAN THE PRICE I WAS SUPPOSED TO PAY, THROUGH ANGIE'S LIST, SO I LET HIM DO IT-HE REFUSED TO CHANGE MY FURNACE FILTER & TOLD ME, IT WOULD COST ME EXTRA & I'D HAVE TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT, WHICH I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD DO, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE & IF HE DIDN'T HAVE THE RIGHT FILTER, THEY WOULD TRY & GET ONE & COME BACK ANOTHER DAY, WHICH NEVER HAPPENED! HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A RECEIPT, HE SAID THEY DON'T GIVE RECEIPTS, EVEN THOUGH I TOLD HIM I NEEDED ONE. I CALLED THEM AT LEAST 5 TIMES, BEFORE I FINALLY GOT ONE & EACH TIME I CALLED, THEY WERE VERY RUDE! I'LL NEVER USE THEM EVER AGAIN!

My family member owns the house I live in. She choose Supremely expensive Air based on reviews she read on the web. The work was ok and the tech was very professional. I am writing this to warn people of the price. When I was told that they charged five hundred dollars to replace a ten dollar capacitor and to add refrigerant to the system, I almost gave birth to a baby cow. I have to pay for half of this repair and I am livid. Do not trust these people.
