Bought the Angies "Big Deal" and got a "Tune Up" for both the AC and gas furnace. Service was performed to our satisfaction, however, they did not clean the coil on the AC. Aparrently that is not part of the tune up. Also, the technician listed out approximately $700 of additional work for an HVAC that is literally 5 years old. Not saying the work shouldn't be performed, but it wasn't really necessary to be done for another 3 or 4 years. If you need the tune up, they do a great job, but realize they are not going to clean the coil and are going to try and up sell you.

The Supreme Air technician, Daniel, arrived on time and his office called ahead to let me know he was on his way.  He immediately began to work, inspecting my air conditioning unit. He performed a detailed inspection and tune up of my HVAC system, telling me what he was doing as he went along and pointing out issues that I might need to attend to in the future.  I have had seasonal heating/ac tune-ups done in the past by other companies, but none as detailed and professionally handled as this. He even took photos of some of the internal workings to make it easier for me to troubeshoot he system.   In addition, Daniel documented in writing all of his findings and repair issues and gave me written estimates for the repairs he recommended.  I never felt pressured to commit to additional services but I do feel confident that a thorough and honest assessment was done.  I would not hesitate to use or recommend Supreme Air in the future.

I wasn't happy with that at all. The technician said that he can repair ir and then said at one time that he cannot so we had to buy a new one. I felt that he was trying to sell you the freon for the A/C unit. I didn't like the service at all. We ended up using somebody else. They rescheduled the first time and they never showed up. Then they called later and told me that they cannot come here because of the bad weather. The guy came the following day. We had some leak in the unit and he was not clear if we had to replace it or if he can fix it or not. He just told us how much it would cost to fix it. The price was too high. I had a second opinion and they told me that I had to replace the cooling stuff and they replaced it.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were really great. They came out right away and fixed it. The guy even had the part on his truck so we were up and running shortly thereafter. I didn't spend any more for the service but I spent additional for the part. They were very prompt and came out the same day. They were very convenient. I would use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out okay. I was not here when they came by but my brother was and he said everything went well. There were no additional charges. For their responsiveness, I think they were supposed to contact me regarding something else but I haven't heard from them yet.
