Reviews
Write a ReviewTheir price was fantastic compared to other companies in the area. The men that installed the suystem were extremely proffesional.
It went very well. They were very professional and they performed high quality work. They were extremely helpful with the state rebate paperwork. I found them easy to work with. They were easily contacted and very responsive. Most of all they were very knowledgeable about their work and they put me at ease. Despite a delay caused by the driller of the geothermal wells, the whole project went very well. I would definitely recommend them
Supreme Air's proposal was selected by me for the geothermal heating and air conditioning project in my home. I'm satisfied with their performance of the whole project which includes subcontracting the earth loop drilling and installation, installation of the Water Furnance geothermal heat pump. It is well done and is running well. The heating is comfortable. The only things that I would ask the company to improve are in the areas of communications and scheduling of the work. Otherwise, they will get five stars rating from me.
I've dealt with this company on my home and investment property and they've been adequate.
great, fast and cleaned up nicely.
New heat pump and air handler were installed. We decided on Trane and were very pleased with how the company handled our request for an estimate and the eventual scheduling and installation process. The installers did a good job removing the old system and installing the new system. The workers were prompt and courteous. I was very pleased with the job and all the personnel; office and field who we were in contact with. Would definitely use again. Wanted to add that I did not get the follow-up assessment of the system that was to be a courtesy inspection. 08/08/2012
Overall, the entire process went very well, from bidding (responsive & knowledgeable) to removal of the old boilers (done well, with good clean up) to installation (thorough and professional, again with good clean up) to follow-up (inspection and paperwork). Maintenance agreements were arranged to my satisfaction. I am assuming we will see noticeable savings in our gas bill next winter, with these high-efficiency boilers replacing our old ones from the 1940s.
Placed a call when furnace was not working after 5 on a weekday. Left a message, then described the problem to a rep who called back. Tech came out within an hour, diagnosed problem and replaced part. Made sure heat was up and running properly before leaving. The after hours response price was quoted to me over the phone, but I was pretty surprised by the cost of a fairly common replacement part--the markup on what is basically a $60-75 part (cost) seemed pretty high to me. From now on I won't be caught without one in the house!!!
We were informed that a rebate was to be sent by Trane, but then were advised the rebate had expired. Supreme did give us a free maintanence agreement for a year to replace the expired rebate , which we thought was a good trade-off. They did get the unit into a very tight space and we do have to get a smaller filter to fit the unit, but agin a good trade off for the efficency of the unit. The installation was tight, but they did do a good job, if we can get them back to put some tape on the unit to fix an air leak.
The overall project went extremely well from start to finish without any hitches. Supreme Air mapped out for the design and installation of new duct work in our house, which had none originally, so this took some thought and they accomplished with very efficient use of space and minimal construction. They also did not try to oversell me on an HVAC unit. They recommended one that would be sufficient for the size of my house and it's working great. The guys also have great senses of humor.
