Bought the Big Deal HVAC & Heating inspection to have the system checked. Supreme Air reached out the next day to schedule and was able to fit us in the same week. Chris called 30 minutes prior to arrival and within the scheduled window. Without having to ask, used shoe booties. Chris inspected and checked both systems along with inside & outside equipment. Spotted several small issues along with identifying the AC having low R-22. Was provided a quote for the repairs and notified they could complete the same day. There was an immediate difference in the cooling. Cannot say thank you enough. Chris is awesome.

I wrote an earlier review and gave the company a D. They responded to the review and finally called me to set up a follow up. The plumber said that the person in their office was new and made some mistakes. Their office manager followed up on the issue too. The plumber on his second visit resolved what he could and explained more of the issue with us-something he did not do well the first time. But the issue is resolved and the company says they are reimbursing us $75 for our inconvenience which is great. Again this shows why reviews are important. It got the attention of more than one person so our issue could be resolved satisfactorily. It does not negate the fiasco that the company initially caused by not following up correctly, but they made good on their service which is important.

Installation went well there were a few follow up items or which many customers not familiar with how it should be done would not have question. They fixed them without question. A few days later the unit wasn't cooling they cam out right away and fixed it. Then a week later again not cooling they cam right away and fix the issue. Over the last year the heat and arir has been running fine.

Well - my only objection is that the technician mentioned an additional protection for the lines leading to the heat pump, installed the additional protection, AND ONLY THEN told me the price of the additional work - he should have said something up front when he mentioned it that it wasn't included in the work contracted for.
