It was okay, I thought they would come here and inspect it and get it in shape. Basically, they just came in and looked at it and told me the things that I would need to get done to it and they left. So it was clear that they came for a quote. They were nice enough but it wasn?t worth the money I spent on it. I really made the appointment so that someone would come up and service it and inspect it but when they got here, they said they will just look at it and say what needs to get done which I could have gotten for free. They didn?t do what I thought they would do. They were on time.

They came out quickly. The technician was very polite and seemed thorough. He said I needed a new furnace. He said it was very timely and important because there could be a carbon monoxide leak. I got a few more consultations, but no other company found what Supreme found. I wasn't able to confirm what the technician from Supreme found. If I had gone with Supreme I may have bought a furnace a few years too early. I still have a my same furnace and it's still working.

I had to run an emergency errand during my scheduled time slot. However the technician was kind enough to come back and perform the tune up. He was very professional (put booties on inside my home). Took his time and explained everything to me as he went along. All this during peak demand for their services. Dead of winter.
