Reviews
Write a ReviewThey were fantastic! I’ve never been warm in the winter or cold in the summer, but now it’s perfect! I’m comfortable all year long! They were here when they said they were going to be, and were very good at taking care of my problem! Very professional.
The tech did an outstanding job. As a result, I purchased a manual maintenance agreement.
The morning of the scheduled appointment, I received a phone call from Supreme Air at 10:00 am asking if I could reschedule because they had a lot of emergencies that day.  This was certainly reasonable and even though I had worked remotely that day, it wasnt that big of a deal.  However, after a little discussion, Supreme said they would possibly come later that day after 4:00.  The woman also said she would contact me periodically throughout the day to give me updates.  I never heard back from her.  In fact, I called at 4:00 and maybe 3 times after that-- voicemail with no callbacks. At around 7:30 PM (after I had just assumed it was a lost cause), I received a call from the technician saying he was 40 min away and on his way.  I cannot remember his name unfortunately, but he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.  He answered all my questions and worked efficiently.  After his consultation, I was able to resolve the heating issue on my own after some trial and error in one night. Unfortunately, I probably would not go with Supreme Air again since it was a significant inconvenience to wait all day long with no idea what was going on.  Had the initial call in the morning ending with a rescheduling for another day, this would be an all positive review.  Unfortunately, it isn't.
Great service and great company to work with. Â We had a geothermal system installed and new ductwork run throughout the entire house - Everyone who came to our home was professional and very mindful of keeping our home neat and clean. Â Would definitely recommend Supreme Air to anyone looking for a new geothermal system.
When I was getting estimates they were the most complete in doing all the calculations and making suggestions. We had two 400 ft wells dug by a well driller they recommended. They were on site almost a week. That made a real mess of the lawn, but with the help of a landscaper (3 months after the trench was filled to allow for settlement) who charged $800 to level and plant grass everything was OK. The following week after the well driller finished the Supreme Air workers started their job. All in all they were here about 10-12 days. Their crews were exceptional. The bottom lines is that my house has never been more comfortable. I would recommend listening to their recommendations about zoning if needed, make sure the well driller installs sediment control to limit the damaged area, and be sure your house is already well insulated. Our all electric home has seen a 30-40% drop in the utility bills.
Our heat went out on a weekend in the coldest time of the year. We have a service agreement with Supreme Air, so I called them on Saturday for a service call. We were told that a repair would be feasible by not recommended given the cost and the age of the unit (and the state of some of its other parts). Supreme Air had a sales representative out on a Sunday afternoon and by Monday night we had our new heater installed. Although they were clearly advocating for geothermal (and we were convinced, just did not have the funds to make the upgrade) there was no complaining about us choosing the more economical option and the installation was done quickly by very capable and polite servicemen.
Very positive experience. Timely, and polite service. The technician pointed out potential problems but did not try to oversell.  As as result of this service, we signed an annual contract with twice yearly inspections. The company sends emails to remind you to schedule the check ups. Great company to work with.
The service person arrived on time, puts on shoe (carpet) protectors and started work right away. Each six month visit there is always an problem with one of the units ($$$). The service person explains the reasons in detail. I usually agree to some of the repairs and defer the others. I never know if these fixes are essential or not. The units are not that old. When I asked that question the person said these parts can "go" starting in three years. He did show me the burned out part that he replaced. The part definitely looked burned out.
They did a good job and I have not experienced any problems since the inspection and tune-up.
The company arrived on time, did a thorough job and was very professional.
