We had originally contracted with Supreme Air because of their stated ability to meet our schedule for the geothermal install (before hot weather set in for the summer - our AC unit had failed, which was part of the reason for getting the geothermal). That didn't happen. Once we gave them the deposit, didn't hear from their scheduler and had to place call after call to get any kind of response or commitment for schedule. They only offered excuse after excuse. Went through the hottest part of the summer with no AC (other than a room AC for the bedroom - and it was a very hot summer). | |There were several days when no one showed up when they were scheduled to be here, which was a pain for us because we had to keep adjusting our schedules so that one of us was home when subs/workers were scheduled. The subcontractors were horrible. One of the employees of the drilling sub did something in our backyard that I can't put in writing. The electrician refused to go under our deck to run wire (said he was afraid of snakes) so I had to do that for him. Nice guy though. The two guys that actually installed the equipment in the house were decent enough, but were clearly rushed. I had to go in after they were finished and tidy up a bunch of stuff prior to inspection by the City inspectors (I had to push Supreme Air repeatedly to even pull the permits). The drilling subcontractor destroyed a patio made with pavers, although Supreme Air did pay to have the patio repaired (after a few terse conversations from us). The bottom line was there was a complete lack of supervision of the subcontractors. | |As part of the geothermal install, we had Supreme Air upgrade our house from 100 Amp to 200 Amp service, including new main panel, etc. Now, when the geothermal system kicks on, the entire house has a momentary voltage drop. Supreme Air sent their electrician back out and then told us that they can correct the problem for additional $$  They have now agreed to correct the problem at their own expense.

Complete HVAC Unit replaced but water/drainage problems caused the master bedroom ceiling to colapse.  Water on bedroom wood floor.  Insulation wet.  Major repairs to fix bedroom.  Loss of bedroom usage for several weeks while repairs made. This should never have happened.

We replaced an hvac system for Mr [member name removed] in 2006 a month or so after the installation the air handler in the attic began to leak water the customer notified us and we immediately sent a technician out to resolve the issue which was found to be the existing drain that we connected to when we replaced unit had a slow clog and the safety pan switch in the drain pan failed as well (the safety pan switch is supposed to shut the unit down in case of drain back up). we then corrected the issues and sent a contractor back to repair the water damage. we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused Mr. [member name removed] and his family and that even when we do our best to make a job go smoothly things can happen and we feel that we took responsibility and remedied the situation for the customer. We stand behind our work and we will do whatever it takes to satisfy our customers.

Arrived on time and as planned.  Cleaned and tuned-up the HVAC system.  I felt they were honest brokers and didn't seem to charge exorbitant  rates. I purchased a regular maintenance program from them, which has worked out wonderfully.
