Technician called before coming, with estimated arrival time and was respectful of our home( wore booties in house), offered to find out info for us re-installing water heater per our request.

Overall I couldn't have expected anybody to do a better job. The consultant TJ Hassler came and looked at everything and assessed our unit and requirements. He was very thorough. They gave us all the pros and cons to different approaches, thoroughly answered all our questions. Left us very confident with our choice. This was backed up by the work the technicians did. They removed the old systems and installed the new systems. When the techs arrived, they were very careful in removing the old systems, they took great care in dismantling everything. I was concerned they would be able to do it. They surprised me and did everything flawlessly, they even cleaned up the basement steps. They couldn't have been more thorough or considerate. They were here first thing in the morning when they said they would, worked until the job was done and I am truly impressed. TJ even came back out a week later to follow up and ensure everything was running up to their standards. I ended up signing up for an annual service with them.

They charged me quite a bit for replacement of a filter. My interaction with them was okay. They also fixed my air conditioner. My wife doesn't think that they did a good job. We will not use them again.

Since we just moved into a new house, thought it would be a good idea to get both the A/C and furnace checked up. Found a good deal for $119 for both services. Scheduling was easy and service was prompt as well as punctual. The tech Matt did the inspection and found both to be in good working condition. Suggested some things to watch out for but did not hard sell anything. However, only 45 days later when the weather started to dip and when we switched on the heat, the furnace would not stay on. Tried couple of trouble shooting steps but nothing worked. In the end, called Supreme Air, they promptly returned our call and scheduled re-check service for the next day. The tech Saeid was very professional and courteous. After couple of checks, he identified the issue and reset things to proper working condition. Apparently it was an error on their part during inspection the first time around. So I was not charged anything for the second visit. Overall very satisfied with the level of service and professionalism.

I purchased the Supreme Air coupon for $119 from Angie's List, because the technician would check both the heating and cooling units.  Within 48 hours (as promised), the representative from Supreme Air called to confirm Friday, October 9, 2015 --I was given a window of time the technician would arrive. & provided an estimated time of arrival, and he was on time.  Colin was friendly and professional when he arrived.  He put covers over his shoes to protect my light colored carpet; which I appreciated.  He checked both the furnace and the air conditioning units.  I had assumed that my air conditioning unit would have to be replaced; however, Colin informed me that the unit was fine--I just needed some replacements.  In addition, the furnace had to be cleaned to allow for optimum performance.  He showed me a picture of what my furnace looked like, and then showed me a picture of how it should look.  The total fee for this service would be an additional $368; which I agreed. The service was performed on both units, and he cleaned up after himself.  The overall service didn't take very long.  I was impressed by Colin's professionalism and promptness.  I will use Supreme Air again, and recommend them to family and friends!
