It involved drilling the wells so they had another company come out and drill the wells and then once the wells were sunk then geo thermal comes out and does all the hooking up of everything.  Actually they were like one of the only companies that primarily focused on geothermal and we talked to people who had worked with them and they all seemed to give them good reports.  There aren’t very many companies who work on geothermal.  They had to comeback a couple of times and re-do stuff that the original crew did not do well.  But they came back out and they did fix it.  We had no problems with any of their people who were here.

Everything turned out fine. Scheduling was good and they were able to come out within about two weeks. The technician spent between half of an hour to an hour on the job. There was one specific problem I was having with the furnace. I explained that to technician and he took care of it right away. It ended up being a dirty sensor. I thought that it was excellent and I would go back to them again.

I scheduled an appointment with Supreme Air for a routine heat and Air system maintenance.  Very easy communication and appointment process.  Ross was our technician.  he arrived on time and was efficient, professional and courteous.  Thankfully, he discovered a problem we didn't know we had.  The house heats much better now.  If there are any problems with our system in the future, I will call Supreme Air and ask for Ross.

First the provider forgot to schedule my appointment the first time. I had to call the company to set it up because I haven't heard from anybody since I had purchased my Angie's List deal. Two guys came into my home, one was Youssef and I didn't catch the other guys' name. I took them to see my furnace and left them to do the tune-up. They were in and out of my house a lot and didn't explain to me what was going on. It took them a very long time to troubleshoot and I went down to see what was going on because they were making me late for work, they then explained that it wasn't coming on and it was a part that needed to be replaced (transformer) and they would have to order it. They made me pay a down payment which was odd but my house was freezing and I needed the work done. It took them a week and a half and a different guy came back to change the transformer. His name was Shermaine. He changed the part and came to tell me  after he troubleshooted it would need another part. At this time I felt as though the company was trying to take advantage of me and take my money. He explained that everyone's troubleshooting is different and that they couldn't possibly know the system wouldn't work. I am furious and extremely frustrated now because the part he said I would need is an extra $497 on top of what I had paid which was $69 angie's deal and $262 for transformer. And I had a balance of $252. Shermaine insisted that it probably would be a waste of money to pay that amount of money for a system that's old and that I should call the company (Supreme Air) to see if they could work out a deal and estimate so I could get a furnace system put in my house. My system didn't work after he left and It's still freezing in my house. Now I feel as though I'm getting robbed for my money because I did not expect for something like this to happen to me. I called the company to explain my frustration with Rosalie and she showed no sign of concern or showed me any type of empathy. Her customer service was just bad! If this is supposed to be a reputable company why am I feeling like all their worried about is money and not the customer's satisfaction. This was 12-8-14 and Rosalie told me a manager would call me. I still haven't received a call from anybody from Supreme Air concerning my issue. My thing is this, if the first guys that came in from Supreme Air to troubleshoot seen that the system was old, why didn't they suggested a new estimate or a new system instead of specific parts which could ultimately lead to a bunch of parts failing? These are supposed to be some of the best guys at this trade according to angies list, yet i feel as though i have been robbed and still in a freezing cold house. Instead of taking my money they should have just given me an estimate and let me decide if that is the appropriate route to take. Those guys need to go back to training because this is unacceptable. Their troubleshooting did not fix my problem.

The service went fine. One technician came out and completed the job in a couple hours. My wife dealt with the technician and had nice things to say about them. They were great with scheduling and helped us out a lot.
