Supreme Service Today

Overall a very good experience.  Alex, who is one of the owners came out in person to quote the job.  He is a great guy and very personable, he was a big reason why we chose Supreme.   Intallers were all very clean and professional and the system has been a major upgrade over our 10 year old builder grade piece of junk. We did have a few minor bumps in the road, but all were remedied in a timely fashion and without hassle.

When our 20+year old gas furnace gave out, I selected Supreme Air to install a new furnace from three bids I received.  The rep was professional, informative, and the price bid was the lowest I received.  The installation went well even though we had a glitch when the first furnace delivered had to be returned because it did not match our flue requirements.  However, they took immediate action to correct the error and the right furnace was installed the next business day.  All personnel on the job were professional and courteous throughout the job.

We had the heat pump system inspected using an Angie's List coupon. The technician, Aaron, inspected the system very thoroughly showing me areas of concern and passing on tips for system maintenance. He then listed the recommended repairs and noted that because of the its age (17 years) and since the system was running fine I may want to consider holding off on repairs and save the money toward a replacement system. I was extremly impressed with how far my 30 bucks went.

I purchased the Big Deal for a winter check of the furnace system. Supreme scheduled my appointment and missed the appointment originally without noticed but quickly rescheduled. The tech found a few problems with my unit which I subsequently had fixed. The price was a little higher than I was expecting but the quality of the work seemed worth it. I did have a some difficulty regarding Supreme sending me my receipts for the work completed but was resolved. Overall my experience was positive and I would recommend this contractor.

I used Angie's Big Deal to have the 11 year old HVAC system in my newly purchased home inspected. Overall, my system was fine. There were recommnedations for additional maintaince/cleaning of parts that I wasn't convinced were necessary. I was left the list so I can get a second opinion. All in all, the service was fine and what I expected.

I hadn't used them before. I was very pleased with it. I'll probably use them again the future.

I could not have been happier with the service I received. I felt the technician was well trained and honest, as well as polite and helpful.I signed a yearly contract which was significantly less money than the service I had been using.
