I phoned Supreme Air to make an appointment.  The lady I spoke to was friendly, pleasant and professional. I had no problem scheduling an appointment.   On the appointment date the technician arrived on time.  He introduced himself in a polite manner.  He then applied shoe covers, a nice gesture.  I showed him to the furnace and AC units.  He got right to work.  I hung around for several minutes to ask a few questions. He was receptive to this. He explained what he was going to check and why. Feeling comfortable with his abilities, I left him to complete his work.   When he was finished he gave me a review of what he did and what he found.  My furnace was fine, but my AC needed some maintenance, which would have to be scheduled at another time.  He completed the invoice and handled the payment. The only reason I gave quality a B was because the technician started to give me suggestions for my heat pump, which I do not have. That is a minor point, however, I thought I should mention it.  Otherwise, I was happy with my experience with Supreme Air.

The big deal went okay. Somehow, my heat went out right after they left. It was working when they were here, right after they left on the same day it went out. I couldn't get them to fix it until two days later. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. The price was pretty good.

After reviewing the matter we found that we did perform the Big Deal service 11/5/14, in which we serviced your HVAC system, we did recommended several repairs which where all declined. Upon a call we received from you in which we your heating system stopped working, we sent out a service tech. to your home and found a broken wire connection, we believe this happened accidental during the prior system service, and additionally the condition of the wire was poor. The wire was repaired at no charge and the heating system was functioning proposal once repairs were completed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and look forward to servicing you again in the future. Thanks

While the tech visit went very well, it was decided to go another way with the resolution.  Supreme was very understandning and efficient in helping complete the closure of the remaining portion of package which was no longer required.  This was much appreciated.

I have gas hot water heat and realized after the appt that it should have included clearing the radiators. As far as the AC, the tech found a number of issues for repair, replacement of parts and cleaning. Because I was told, there could be an electrical problem, I had the repair done for an additional $323. I did not have the cleaning done for the $500 quoted. The next time that I have an inspection, I will call other companies for quotes on the repair. I felt like it was an opportunity to get in the door and I question the work.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. I thought they were very good.  Very prompt, they came on time.  We were happy with them.  They did everything that was in the big deal we purchased. They seemed knowledgeable.  The seemed very good.  We bought a new filter it was convenient that he had it.  That was fine.

I received a phone call from the company that the service tech was on his way and should be there within the hour. Over an hour later I called them to see where he was. I was told he was about 5 minutes from my house. About 30 minutes later I saw the truck pull up, but the tech didn't come to the door until about another 15 minutes passed. Why call to say someone is on the way if the timing margin is so off? The tech was very thorough. He gave me a listing of many many problems with the system including low coolant. It was a bit overwhelming. I later had another company come in to double check the coolant situation but their readings indicated that the coolant levels were within normal limits.
