Our experience with Supreme Air was solidly mixed: Rosalie, who answers the phone, is extremely professional and responsive. The two technicians who came out (Aaron and Youssef) were extremely professional and attentive to inspecting and diagnosing needed repairs. However, in a couple of cases, there was not appropriate follow through. For example, we ordered an expensive custom electrostatic filter for our second zone heat pump, and nearly a year later discovered that the filter that had been installed was too small for the unit. It took a very long time and multiple callbacks to rectify this problem, which was annoying and frustrating.  At the last visit, I thought to ask the technician, just before he left, if he had inspected and changed the filter on the humidifier - and he had not. I also wonder whether some of the repairs that were recommended were really necessary. I like this company but for now have decided not to renew our annual maintenance contract with them.

I bought a "big deal" for $159 but it did not include very much.  I had to pay an additional $350.00 to get a full service and a service contract.  Beware the "big deals."  They always cost much more to get full service.

Installation went fine.  No issues.  The guys got the job done in a timely manner and did a pretty good job of cleaning up after themselves.

Had some trouble scheduling, but managed to work out a time after many attempts.  Scheduling staff was always courteous and understanding.  Technician went over details and made sensible recommendations.
