We were charged close to $900 for fixing a shower drain. We were shocked. This is an outrageous price for the work that was done. We hold Home Advisor partly responsible for recommending them. This really hurt financially and was not a fair price

The service was exceptional, Jim was a class act and explained everything he was doing and why (good for the DIY want to be). I would definitely recommend Jim, the toughest part of the experience was the sticker shock of what the cost ended up being. I needed the work done and didn't feel qualified to perform it on my own, but wouldn't be having them come out unless it's an emergency in which case their speed and availability is unmatched.

Very friendly. They ALWAYS try to upset me on the whole-house surge protector, which is a little annoying. They are never the cheapest option but they are very responsive and friendly.

I think Service Professor must serve higher end clients. The prices were astronomical. If you like high-end, top quality products and don't mind dropping a few thousand dollars, this is the place for you!

They communicated well and came out in time. When I talked to the company about the issue, I let them know the ceiling fan was working except for the lighting. When the tech came out he checked the wall light switch and fan adjuster and it was working properly. He did not tough the ceiling fan at all to see what the issue may be. He stated that the fan was working properly so we need to get a new ceiling fan. I already knew the fan worked but was not sure if the lighting could be fixed without purchasing a new one. If he had looked at the fan and said it could not be fixed and we needed a new one, I would be satisfied. The issue I have is that he did not look at anything in the ceiling fan.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
