The service person was very prompt and friendly but the charges were ridiculous. Was over $300. to change wax ring on toilet and wanted to charge between $700. and over $800. to also change the water fill and stuff in back tank which I did myself as an older woman for $10.00 and 5 minutes. Asked him about doing just because he was in there. If toilet wouldn't have been leaking would have waited and had family change the ring but didnt want to have floor get ruined.

Time spent on a check list not ordered by the customer should be deleted and work should be specific to the hired task
