Service Professor technician arrived on time, which is always nice. Our house is 40 years old and had some light fixtures that no longer worked properly. He did a walk though and wrote up 3 estimates - one with just what I asked for and 2 more with some options that he convinced me (good salesman) I should have. I went with some of the upgrades he suggested and am pleased with my choices. He was extremely pleasant and totally cleaned up after his work. I would hire them again.

Punctual, professional, going to give benefit of doubt and say very knowledgeable. Technician actually stayed late to get repair as far as possible with what was available to him that day. Repair a bit pricey but diagnosis seemed logical with symptoms. I believe the repair / costs in this case werejustifiable / reasonable. Used a different company once that just flat out (knowingly) lied about problem to up-sell. Customer service very accommodating when I had to change my appointment due to a work conflict that came up.

We had an issue with low hot water pressure. They came out and cleared the valve that leaves the tank. Also recommended that we add a water softener as that what was causing the problem. Very friendly and efficient. I thought the pricing was fair but a little confusing they way they explained it. There was a service call fee, which they call something else, then there was a diagnostic fee. What I did not understand at first was that the diagnostic fee included the price of the repair.

Joshua was terrific. He took care of our needs and was very honest and up front with what our problem was with our Kitchen faucet. We would ask for him to come out again if the need arises.

I had a problem with one of my outlets. The problem was found immediately and I'm lucky I didn't have a fire before they arrived! That issue was fixed and a few other safety concerns were identified. I had already been considering replacing my smoke detectors so while he was there he did that and added the carbon monoxide detector. The Electrician doing the work was great. His style worked for me... he gave me facts - no hard sell and we discussed all the options. I will definitely use them again!
