Came out the same day I contacted them. Brad was very friendly and professional. Had my furnace running in 15 min. Repair cost was very good I thought. This was the second positive service call I've had with Service Professor. Five stars

The initial cost I was charged was high given the short time it took for the installer to install 7 ceiling fans, but after talking with the manager (Dan), they refunded me a sizeable portion of the payment to credit me for a quantity buy installation. This then made this a reasonably priced job. Workmanship of installation was excellent and the installer was very professional.
