Not happy want to charge too much

My sink handle was seized, however, the repair person broke it off. Then was told I had to pay full price to have it replaced. I feel the least they could have done was offer a lower price. I actually found a reputable plumber to replace the laundry tub for the price they charge to replace just the faucet.

Travis was fine but there were some damages during the fixes which cause us not being able to use our sink for 3 days but his colleagues were great was able to fully fix it.

I made an appointment for them to come out and turns out they had a promo going on. I guess my home qualified. $99 total for my drain clearing
