The techs were all great. They had some issues and had to add an additional amount on my bill when I was told they would charge any more than what was quoted. They also had some issues when it came to the financing part.

Highly overpriced. Paid $59 for site visit and asked them to leave based on estimate of $1600. If this were a 4-hour project, they would be at over $300 per hour. We hired another reputable company to complete the job, after paying Service Professional $59 for site visit.

They came right away. Very courteous and polite. They assessed the issue and determined my furnace was not safe and needed replaced. I got my furnace replaced and i'm real happy with the new one.
