They were unable to fix the problem. They did not send a real plumber to unclog the sink so they scheduled for one to come out a week later. the day of the appointment they called and said they had to reschedule me, all while my sink was still clogged. I told the scheduler if it was not for the next day then never mind I would call someone else. It could not be done the next day after already waiting so I called butler plumbing and they came the next day and fixed it without replacing pipes like service professor suggested.

There was a non-refundable fee just to get an estimate. Technicians were skilled, courteous, and thoughtful. They recognized that I was eligible for a lower cost when the job was easier to complete than the original estimate.

Both men seemed very thorough and careful. They explained what they were going to do.. I just wish it wasnâ t quite so expensive..
